E-Learning System Management 1 Overseeing and organizing workflow within the e-learning department, including supervision of the platform, technical team, trainers, and trainees. Preparing a quarterly operational plan to organize tasks and priorities. Enhancing investment in e-learning programs through content development and expanding platform utilization.
Trainee Services Management 1 Managing academic and administrative aspects for trainees, including attendance tracking, issuing certificates and confirmations, and course registration. Handling deferral, withdrawal, and suspension requests, and resolving issues trainees may face throughout their training journey.
Application Development & Management 1 Preparing a quarterly operational plan defining tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow. Overseeing and executing operational and development projects, ensuring alignment with the Institute's strategic objectives.
Technical Support Management 1 Providing continuous technical support to trainers and trainees within the learning environment to ensure a seamless educational experience. Monitoring daily platform performance and ensuring its efficient operation without technical failures. Submitting periodic reports on system and e-learning service performance.
