The Open Learning Platform of the Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting at the University of Baha is committed to providing a structured and professional learning environment. These terms and conditions are established to ensure that all training programs are delivered in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, while safeguarding the rights of all parties. Registration on the platform constitutes explicit and full acceptance of all these terms and conditions and any subsequent updates.
All terms and conditions applicable on the platform are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts in the event of any dispute.
General Controls
- Regulatory Compliance: Trainees must comply with all systems and policies adopted by the platform and the Institute.
- Fee Payment: Program fees must be paid on the specified dates. The Institute reserves the right to terminate a trainee's enrollment in the event of non-payment.
- Data Accuracy: Trainees acknowledge the accuracy of the data they submit and bear full responsibility for it.
- Contact Information Updates: Trainees must keep their contact information up to date. The platform bears no responsibility for consequences arising from failure to do so.
- Exam Access: Access to exams is only permitted after full payment of all applicable fees.
- Number of Exam Attempts: Three attempts are permitted within a period not exceeding twice the program duration from the date of registration.
- Re-qualification: If the allowed period expires or attempts are exhausted, the trainee must pay 50% of program fees to re-enroll.
- Re-examination After Failure: Exams may be retaken after 30 days, subject to attendance of a qualifying program at a fee of 35% of the program value.
- Certificate Issuance Fees: Certificate issuance fees are applied in accordance with the platform's approved pricing.
- Certificate Data Amendments: New issuance fees apply alongside submission of official documents through the platform.
- Lost or Damaged Certificate Replacement: A replacement fee applies in accordance with approved pricing.
Refund Policy

An official withdrawal request must be submitted through the platform within the specified timeframes. Eligible refunds are processed via bank transfer to the trainee's account within no more than 14 working days.
Deferral Controls
- An official justification must accompany any deferral request submitted through the platform.
- Requests must be submitted at least one week before the program commencement date.
- The deferral period must not exceed two months from the program start date.
Enrollment Termination
- The Institute reserves the right to terminate a trainee's enrollment one month after program completion if the exam has not been sat without an officially accepted excuse.
- Enrollment is terminated upon exceeding 15% consecutive or 20% non-consecutive absence without an official excuse.
Registration Periods
- Registration closes at the specified deadline with no exceptions.
- The registration end date does not necessarily indicate the program start date.
- Requests to reschedule a program to a later session may be submitted through the platform.
Attendance and Absence
- Electronic attendance through the platform is treated as physical attendance and is subject to the same regulations.
- A minimum attendance of 75% of program hours is required.
- Trainees who exceed 25% absence are prohibited from sitting the final exam.
Pricing and Payment Methods
- Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, prepaid cards, Mada, and bank transfer in Saudi Riyals.
- Pricing is based on the actual date of payment.
- Bank transfers are subject to administrative approval.
- The platform does not retain any credit card or financial data belonging to users.
- No credit or debit card details or personal identification information will be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.
Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials and training programs published through the platform are owned by or licensed to the Institute and are subject to intellectual property protections. Copying, modifying, distributing, or publishing any content in any form — print or digital — without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. All trainers are required to sign a written acknowledgment of these rights upon joining the platform.
Liability and Its Limits
The platform and the Institute shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect loss arising from a user's disclosure of their account credentials, password, or any other personal information. Users bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and must notify the platform immediately of any unauthorized use.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
The platform reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, with users being notified of updates through the official platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised terms.
