Role of the Supervisory Staff
The supervisory team is responsible for providing integrated academic and technical consulting and support, contributing to:
- Facilitating the smooth and professional delivery of all training programs.
- Strengthening effective communication between trainers and trainees at all stages of the program.
- Maintaining educational quality and ensuring full adherence to adopted academic and professional standards.
Trainer Communication Policy
- Trainees are required to follow program content and submit all inquiries exclusively through the platform's internal messaging system.
- Trainers are committed to responding to all inquiries within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of submission.
- Communication with trainers outside the platform is strictly prohibited; violations result in registration cancellation in accordance with adopted regulations.
- Questions must remain within the scope of the training program content only and must not exceed its boundaries.
