Supervisory staff of the training environment

The Open Learning Platform of the Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting at the University of Baha is committed to continuous oversight of all its training programs through a dedicated supervisory team, ensuring learning quality and supporting the educational process to the highest professional standards throughout program delivery.

Role of the Supervisory Staff

The supervisory team is responsible for providing integrated academic and technical consulting and support, contributing to:

  • Facilitating the smooth and professional delivery of all training programs.
  • Strengthening effective communication between trainers and trainees at all stages of the program.
  • Maintaining educational quality and ensuring full adherence to adopted academic and professional standards.

Trainer Communication Policy

  • Trainees are required to follow program content and submit all inquiries exclusively through the platform's internal messaging system.
  • Trainers are committed to responding to all inquiries within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of submission.
  • Communication with trainers outside the platform is strictly prohibited; violations result in registration cancellation in accordance with adopted regulations.
  • Questions must remain within the scope of the training program content only and must not exceed its boundaries.

Supervisory Staff Roles and Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
Supervisory Director General oversight of program delivery, guiding trainers and trainees, and monitoring and evaluating academic performance.
Technical Support Officer Following up and resolving user issues, coordinating with trainers and trainees, and providing necessary technical and academic support.
General Coordinator Developing workflow strategies for trainers and programs, and ensuring efficient scheduling and activity organization.
Training Consultant Preparing training plans, developing programs, and setting workflow strategies for trainers and trainees.
Quality Assurance Officer Monitoring program quality assurance processes, overseeing compliance with adopted standards, and taking preventive measures when needed.
Reports Officer Preparing program impact measurement reports, evaluating trainer and trainee satisfaction, and submitting performance improvement recommendations.
